چکیده

Although the incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD) has decreased in United States, acute myocardial infarction (AMI) remains a major medical problem. Many patients still need emergency care department (ED) due to complications mechanical, inflammatory, and embolic factors. This summary aims provide brief available evidence clinical medicine regarding evaluation management after infarction. 30-day mortality AMI recent years, it high at 7.8% many subacute that occur within few weeks. Mechanical problems such as ventricular free wall rupture, septal mitral regurgitation, left aneurysm formation have risk morbidity. The MI can vary severity affect different organs systems body. Heart attacks disrupt normal electrical activity heart, leading irregular rhythms, tachycardia or fibrillation. A attack weaken muscle, making difficult for pump blood effectively. lead failure, condition where is unable meet body's demand oxygen. In severe cases, cause cardiogenic shock, characterized by significant drop pressure inadequate flow vital organs. life-threatening situation requires immediate attention. Sometimes, rupture separating heart's chambers (ventricular septum), VSD. allows between ventricles, decreasing ability effectively.
Mechanical, associated with impact on morbidity mortality. Physicians should check existing conditions when considering other diagnoses. addition monitoring progression physical examination, electrocardiography point-of-care echocardiography allow rapid noninvasive assessment underlying pathophysiology. Management may depending particular presentation etiology; however, relationships cardiologists are recommended.

[Mechanical complications of acute myocardial infarction].

Rupture of the left ventricular myocardium during the course of an acute myocardial infarction may affect the free wall, the interventricular septum, or the papillary muscles. When a rupture occurs, it is referred to as a mechanical complication of acute myocardial infarction. All mechanical complications may lead to cardiogenic shock. However, the location of the rupture can often be suspected...

The streptokinase therapy complications and its associated risk factors in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of the main leading causes of mortality and morbidity. Despite the progress in the treatment of AMI, streptokinase is still being used in many countries. Because of the critical condition of patients with AMI and complications of streptokinase therapy, this study was performed to evaluate the pattern of adverse drug reaction (ADRs) induced by streptokina...

The Role of Pre-hospital and Hospital Emergency system in Ischemic Time Management of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients: A Review

According to the latest guidelines, the best intervention to restore blood flow through occluded coronary arteries is angioplasty at a time less than 90 minutes. Delay in timely implementation of reperfusion is one of the key issues in the management of ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). In this review study, papers published from 1999-2019 were used to investigate Role of Pre-hospital...
